Mr. Douglas Stephon, MSPM, PMP
Associate Director, Kadix Systems

Douglas Stephon is a seasoned Project Management Professional (PMP) and Associate Director with Kadix Systems. Mr. Stephon is currently leading a program management support team in the Verification Division of the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Service (USCIS), in the Department of Homeland Security. He quickly became a trusted advisor, through his project management expertise, client focus, results orientation, and attention to detail. Through his and his teams’ efforts, the Verification Division continues to make measurable progress toward greater project management maturity, aiming for creation of a robust enterprise-level PMO to support alignment and governance, as division staff work toward their collective mission. Mr. Stephon has extensive business development and consulting experience, both in the domestic and international markets, and for both public and private clients, to include Project Management, Requirements Development, Risk Management, Business Process Reengineering, Strategic Planning, Change Management, Business and Marketing analysis, Capital Planning (OMB 300) and support, Scheduling, Earned Value Management, IV&V, and bespoke product development and financial management.
